ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
A
$100 deposit per person is required to guarantee your registration. We
accept check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Approved government purchase orders are accepted for deposits, but payment
must be received prior to class. Payment in full is required 30 days
before class, and credit cards will be charged that amount. If not
received, your registration(s) may be cancelled to accommodate people on
the waiting list.
There is
no set cut-off date for registrations. Class size is limited, and when
the class is full we stop accepting registrations. The date is not
predictable, so it is best to register as early as possible. To be sure of
getting a spot we suggest you register at least 30 days in advance.
REGISTRATION FEE (Hotel costs
are not included in class fee.)
All classes are $990. There is a discount of $25 per person for two people from the same company, and $50 per person for three people or more. There is a $100 discount if you pay in full at least 30 days before class.
REFUND POLICY
Tuition includes a non-refundable fee of $25. If you cancel
registration less than fourteen (14) business days from start of program,
you will be subject to an additional $75 service charge. You may make
substitutions at any time. Classes are subject to cancellation. In these
cases, we grant a full refund.
No-shows and cancellations within 7 days of class forfeit
their registration fee.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We will email registration confirmation with information on hotel, class schedule, and transportation when you register with a deposit or full payment. We have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at a discount. You are responsible for your own hotel room reservation and cost. You must make a reservation by the cut-off date to guarantee a room at the discounted rate.
SEMINAR INFORMATION
Classes start at 8:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM each day. We provide lunch and refreshments. In Atlanta and Seattle there is an optional evening class on vectors (at no charge) from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. On the final day you will receive a Certificate. Bring work clothes for the hands-on training.
In 2009 Rigging Seminars plans to hold classes in the September-October-November period in Las Vegas, Chicago and Seattle. The exact schedule is not yet available. Notice of firm dates will be posted on this website as soon as possible, probably in July or August.
This year our main thrust will be Intensive 4-Day Arena style rigging classes. We may hold one combined 4-day Arena and Stage Rigging Class.
